to my understanding is that when the coolant starts to boil, the water pressure goes up & access water will go into the spare radiator tank or will leak into the external hose when the tank is fill up.
Advise is using better coolant like redline water wetter etc which transfer the heat out faster than normal coolant.
It didn't perm my hair but it did burn my hair wahaha, next time i show it to you bro on the next meet up hee hee
bro you can check this out

http://www.royalpurple.com/radiator-additive.html

http://www.redlineoil.com/products_coolant.asp

thanks for the link...
got to get my coolant changed before my hair gets burnt... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-touguecheeky.gif)

Kaozie.. any way to install extra fan.. .Like Wat Neo did.
It helps you know. extra fan with manual on/of switch.....
Takes away more heat and cools down faster.....
Ya leg hair.. .still... Better jeans or riding boots.. HAHAHAH
If not a BRAZILIAN WAX might be helpful.
Then no need complain of perm hair .

Ha ha, chit chat lor - the more the merrier.

Anyway after 3 rides still no leak, so I assumed the leak problem is solved. The radiator cap cost $8.

Simple solution to problem, best!

i've read a lot of reviews that maxima cool aide and engine ice are good. Their prices differ a lot. U can flush coolant and top up with maxima cool aide (pre mix type) by ah Chong at planet motor for 20 bucks. But buying Engine Ice (pre-mix also) from hkl costs 30 plus. I have yet to compare the 2 products on the same bike so i can't say which is better. anyone can comment?

rather go big company with proper R&D and not butt Dyno...
